MKE 10″ All-Purpose Bracket – Heavy Duty Universal Shelf Brackets

The 10″ All-Purpose Bracket is a heavy-duty wall mounted slatwall bracket designed to support a wide range of garage wall storage and shelving applications. Built for strength and versatility, this universal bracket serves as a foundation for creating custom shelving solutions or supporting oversized storage items in a more compact wall layout.

Each bracket features two pre-drilled ¼″ mounting holes on the top surface, allowing shelves to be securely fastened in place. In addition to pairing with MKE 12″ laminated shelves, the bracket is designed to support user-supplied shelving materials, including common lumber boards or higher-end shelf materials selected to match the style of a garage, workshop, utility room, or interior storage space. This flexibility allows users to reuse boards they already have on hand or create custom shelves that coordinate with surrounding finishes and décor.

To support these custom shelf installations, each bracket includes a hardware packet with plastic mounting screws and 3M anti-slip pads. The plastic screws allow shelves to be fastened securely to the bracket, while the anti-slip pads help reduce movement and vibration, improving shelf stability during everyday use. This makes the bracket a practical solution for quick DIY shelving projects, compact garage storage layouts, and refined custom builds.

With its 10″ depth, the bracket provides strong shelf support while maintaining a smaller projection from the wall than deeper bracket options. This makes it well suited for tighter spaces, narrower shelves, and storage zones where users want stable wall mounted shelving without taking up unnecessary garage depth. The rigid steel construction ensures consistent performance while remaining fully compatible within a modular garage wall storage system.

All MKE Slatwall garage storage brackets feature the exclusive double backplate locking system, which securely anchors the bracket to the slatwall panel. A foot-activated locking mechanism combined with a hex-bolt fastener keeps the bracket firmly in place under load, while still allowing for controlled repositioning as shelving layouts evolve.

Designed to fit:

Milwaukee slatwall, StoreWall, HandiWall, Diamond Life, GarageTek, and New Age wall panels only (these are all universal 3” on center slatwall systems).

Does not fit Crownwall, Flowwall, Gladiator Gearwall, Proslat, and Rubbermaid (these are all proprietary systems, only their hooks fit their slatwall)
