Returns

We want to make sure you receive the correct products for your project. If you have questions about product compatibility, quantities, colors, dimensions, or your specific application, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to help.

Return Eligibility

All returns require a return authorization issued by Slatwall Storage within 30 days of delivery. Returns are accepted in new and unused condition in original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be subject to a restocking fee or refused.

Slatwall Panels

All slatwall panels and storage systems that include slatwall panels are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Due to their size, shipping requirements, and susceptibility to damage during return transportation, we are unable to accept returns of slatwall panels.

Please confirm your color, panel length, and quantity before ordering. If you need help determining what you need, please contact us before placing your order. We are also happy to provide product samples.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping on eligible returns. Slatwall Storage does not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and properly packaging and insuring your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if we shipped the wrong product, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue with a no-cost replacement. Please do not return damaged or incorrect merchandise without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Products that are used, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise not returned in resalable condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
