Returns

Defective products are eligible for no cost replacement within 30 days. If any item or items are damaged in your order or kit, please first reach out to request a replacement before initiating a return request for the entire order. Often times a replacement piece can be shipped out at no charge.

All returns require a return authorization issued by Slatwall Storage within 30 days of delivery. Returns are accepted in new and unused condition in original packaging. Returns for refund are subject to a restocking fee, or refusal of return, if this policy is not adhered to. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are also non-refundable.
